Would this cutting board be ok to serve a 15 to 20 lb turkey?

Yes, as long as it can fit in the 13"x17" space if you want to use the side with the Juice Groove. Or you may use the other side of the board that has a flat surface.
Can it go in the dishwasher?

Please do not put your Bambusi Large Carving Cutting Board in the dishwasher. You may clean it by washing with mild soap and rinse and dry immediately with a soft towel and allow it to air dry. To preserve the longevity of the Bambusi Large Carving Cutting Board, always keep it in a cool, dry place. Please do not use any abrasive material to scrub your cutting board and do not let it soak in the sink or water.
Is this board made using formaldehyde-free glues?

It is BPA-Free and formaldehyde-free.
How does this hold up to being antibacterial and water-resistant like teakwood?

We recommend applying any food-grade Mineral oil on the board every once in a while to make it fresh and last longer.
